Lindsay grew up in Duck Springs, Alabama and graduated from Sardis High School in 2003. She graduated from Snead State Community College with her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2006. Shortly after she began working at Gadsden Regional Hospital as an R.N. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2007 from Jacksonville State University. She continued to work at GRMC in the Med-Surg and ICU departments. She graduated with a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2012. She has had the honor of treating children in Marshall County since February of 2013. Lindsay completed her training to be a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist in September of 2023.
Lindsay and her husband Barry Miller married in 2007. They have three beautiful boys, Hayden, Marshall, and Easton. They are Certified Foster Parents for Etowah County and are active members at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Attalla. They love baseball, football, fishing, and being outdoors as a family.
Lindsay feels the Lord has truly blessed her and her family!
Marlenne grew up in Section, Alabama but currently lives in Boaz. She completed most of her school years at Fyffe, but graduated from Penn Foster High School. She is married to her wonderful husband Alex. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Elaina and Arianna. She loves spending time with her family and making core memories. Marlenne's hobbies include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and shopping. She formerly helped open a local medical office where she grew fond of the medical field. Marlenne's goal is to eventually go to college to pursue a medical degree. She is a little shy at times, but helping people makes her happpy.
Christin grew up in Boaz Alabama and graduated from Sardis High School in 2010. She began her career in the medical field in 2013, at Marshall Medical Center South before switching over to pediatrics in 2019.
She married her high school sweetheart, Austin, in 2013. They have four beautiful children, Rylan, Lucas, Briggs, and Hollyn. She can be found at the ball fields cheering on her boys. They are crazy about baseball and football! Christin loves traveling and seeing the world, she is always up for a new adventure with her family. She enjoys bingo nights with her friends, fishing, boating on the lake, and camping. Christin feels very blessed to be a part of Kids Klinic, where she gets to make a difference in children's lives every day.
Charla is very happy to be a part of the Kids Klinic team. Charla has over 14 years of diverse healthcare experience. Since the beginning of her medical career in 2010, she has served in many roles, including: CNA, Phlebotomist, Dental Assistant in both adults and children. She thrives in a fast-paced environments and values building meaningful connections with patient and collogues. Charla is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Managment. She is fluent in Spanish, with the ability to read, speak, and write fluently. She is originally from North Carolina but raised in Alabama. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as expressing her creativity through drawing and calligraphy.
Dr. Hallenbeck is from Texas, but now lives in Guntersville. He is married to his wife Celeste. They have a son, Dax and a daughter, Mary Lou. He has a medical degree in Internal Medicine and in Pediatrics. He is currently one of the Nursery Hospitalist for Marshall Medical North and South.
